The unloader, as well as the loader, is equipped with a hydraulic lift. It`s made of stainless steel and equipped with a pusher with a pneumatic cylinder to move the top row of cans onto the rotating unloader table. It has frequency regulators of table rotation speed and conveyor speed.
The basket loaded with cans after autoclaving is brought to the unloader and moved from the cart roller conveyor to the hydraulic lift-unloader roller conveyor.
The autoclave unloader is serviced by one cannery operator. Equipped with the necessary sensors that stop the lift when the bottom of the cans of the container’s upper row reaches the level of the table. Next, the operator presses the “move forward” remote control button and the pusher moves the top row of container cans onto the rotating table. A spring rail guides the cans onto the blower tunnel conveyor on the rotating table. Next, the operator presses “move back” the remote-control button, and the pneumatic cylinder returns the shelf to the initial position to move the next row of cans to the unloader table. Then presses the “start-up” control panel button and the hydraulic lift stops the upper row of cans in the necessary place for its movement to the unloader table. When warm cans (after autoclaving) pass through the tunnel conveyor, a powerful fan blows away the remaining moisture through special blowing nozzles, and the dry can enter the labeler’s conveyor.
