The practicality of the industrial washing machine is due to its unique design. There are flat jet nozzles inside the device. Manual adjustment is required to achieve an acceptable water flow. The correct setting helps to cope with the most contaminated areas. Turning on and starting occurs on the control panel. The drinking water for rinsing from the tap is used with the help of a flow-through heater. It passes into the rinsing manifold using the existing nozzles. As a result, the boxes are washed, and the main volume of water enters the tank. If there is an excess of liquid with a small content of impurities, it is systematically drained into the sewer. It allows constantly renewing the detergent. At the same time, it is important to consider that the fluid supply pressure should not exceed 2 bar.
The operating principle of the washing machine is a closed automatic cycle. During startup of the device, the detergent is supplied to a specially equipped manifold using a hydraulic pump. After washing the mold, the chemical cleaning solution flows back into the container, first passing through the filter. Regardless of the design, the conveyor in an industrial washing machine is a chain that runs through the gutters in the rinsing and washing chambers. The mechanism has hooks at a certain distance, so the container is hooked and moved through the tunnel. The conveyor begins to operate using a gear motor outside the washing and rinsing work area. The drive motor control is frequency-controlled.
The cleaning solution is heated and prepared in the container. It is prepared by adding washing liquid to warm water in the reservoir. Mixing proportions depend on the degree of contamination of the molds, according to the instructions for cleaning solutions. The heating of the washing solution is made by using heating elements blocks. The reservoir is filled with water through the inlet. The wasted cleaning solution is drained from the tank through the drain manifold. Industrial washing machines can be used not only for washing industrial boxes of the E1, E2, and E3 types but also for washing smoking frames, trolleys, smoking sticks, cans, etc. The equipment operation for washing boxes is carried out as follows: the washing containers are installed on the transport chain of the machine conveyor.
Using hooks on the conveyor, it moves through the tunnel. Firstly, the container is washed with a special solution in the washing section and then rinsed with clean water in the rinsing manifold. Upon completion of washing and rinsing, clean containers get the blowing module, where excess moisture is removed from the processed containers under air pressure from air knives. After passing through all machine sections, the processed container ends up on the output tray and is picked up by the operator.
Maintenance in the washing machine production consists of periodically inspecting the condition of the nozzles and cleaning them from possible clogging.

  • pre-washing module;
  • main washing module;
  • final washing module;
  • drying module.
