ROZFOOD manufactures industrial food processing equipment individually according to customer specifications. Therefore, shipping terms are agreed separately for each project and are specified in the contract.
The Customer may collect the equipment directly from our production facility using their own transport (a truck with appropriate load capacity).
Upon agreement, we can arrange delivery using our own transport.
For large-scale equipment and complete production lines, specialized freight vehicles are engaged. Equipment may be transported on pallets or without pallets, depending on the product specifications.
Small units, spare parts, or additional components may be shipped via courier and logistics services (Nova Poshta, Delivery, or other logistics operators).
The type of transport, packaging method, and shipping conditions are determined based on equipment dimensions, weight, and safety requirements.
Payment terms are determined individually depending on the type of equipment, order volume, and cooperation terms.
Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
(Meetings and shipments outside regular business hours are possible upon prior agreement.)
