Meat conveyor with bone conveyor

The automatic meat deboning and stringing line is made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304. The meat supply conveyor and the bone removal conveyor are equipped with a pneumatic belt lifting system. This makes it possible to efficiently wash the conveyor belt and frame. Conveyors are equipped with a blue POM-B modular belt. The tables are a frame construction with a removable table top. The tabletop is made of high-strength PEHD-500 white material.

The line can be equipped with a full box removal system. It consists of a series of conveyors that feed the filled boxes to the weighing terminal. The clean container supply conveyor consists of conveyors that deliver clean boxes to the workplaces of demolition workers and residential buildings.

The line along its entire length has emergency stop buttons for conveyors. Conveyor drives are protected by special protective covers.
The meat deboning and sinewing line is manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, taking into account the required productivity and workshop layout.
