Cattle carcass elevator

A moving platform for gutting cattle and pig carcasses. The intestinal set that is obtained falls into a special tray, from which it is further fed to the offal processing plant. The platform is moved using a pneumatic cylinder. Thanks to the ability to change the height of the platform, the grooving process becomes convenient and efficient. The speed of the platform is regulated by the throttle and controlled by the operator.
