The machine is used in the meat processing industry to clean the pigs’ rectums. The principle of equipment operation is a vacuum unit. It`s installed under the platform or in another place, and a vacuum gun with an attached round knife. Compressed air is supplied to the gun to drive the knife, and cold water is supplied for washing. The vacuum gun is suspended on a balancer to prevent the operator`s fatigue. The vacuum unit creates a negative pressure in the vessel, the liquid flows due to pressure equalization through the suction lines in the vessel. The knife of the vacuum gun cuts the rectum and sucks out the excrement. After each use, the knife is washed and sterilized.
