Paunch content mill machine

The paunch content mill machine is intended for squeezing the animal stomach contents on industrial slaughter lines and animal waste on farms, etc. The principle of operation is that the auger moves the paunch content to the elastic unloading valve. When the paunch content is pressed against the elastic flap, it causes increased pressure inside and squeezes out moisture. Moisture is removed through tubes from the bottom of the press. When a sufficient amount of paunch content is collected inside the press and the internal pressure in the housing exceeds the pressure of the pneumatic cylinder of the valve, then it opens. The part of the dehydrated paunch content falls out after the valve closes. And the process repeats from the beginning.
