Trolley tipper

The hydraulic (maybe pneumatically driven) lift is designed for lifting and tipping 200 liters (DIN 9797) Euro trolleys into the unloading position at various food production stages (usually meat processing). The trolley tipper has a special trolley fixation mechanism for the raw materials’ safe unloading. The tipper has Ø200 mm wheels (one pair with a brake) for use in different production areas. This gives versatility and increases efficiency. Due to hydraulic traction, it has a power reserve, and turning over is easy and relaxed. The trolley lifting and lowering are controlled on the command panel (by one operator). The trolley tipper is simple and effective, the best solution for low-turning heights.

For trolleys with a volume of 200 l., DIN 9797.
Unloading height (can be adjusted by the customer) – 1100 mm.
The raising/lowering time is just over 30 seconds.
Load capacity – no more than 250 kg.
The drive is electro-hydraulic.
Power – up to 1.5 kW.
Power supply – 380 V, 50 Hz.
