Tunnel-type box washing machine is a universal industrial washing machine that can wash industrial boxes of E1, E2, and E3 types. The machine for washing bread trays, plastic pallets, or boxes for transporting live birds is possibly be modified. The container to be washed passes through the tunnel by a conveyor system. The tunnel consists of two zones: a washing zone and a rinsing zone. In the high-pressure washing zone, warm water is supplied under high pressure through the nozzles. The water is preheated to the desired temperature. The water passes through the filter screen back into the bin and is pumped again into the washing area after the container is washed.
