Device for performing the main washing of pig carcasses. There installed vertical shafts, with two-fingered rubber whips, which thoroughly wash the carcass after the scraper, simultaneously removing the remains of bristles. A water shower additionally helps to remove impurities. Whip washers are mainly 2- or 3-shaft. A larger number is possible, depending on the line productivity. Washing machines with a large number of shafts are used to increase productivity.
