Industrial doors

Our doors for refrigerators and freezers are used in food industry enterprises and are produced based on many years of experience. Hundreds of frige doors were manufactured according to individual orders and left from our shop. We pay special attention to the aesthetics of the products as well as the quality of the materials and components used, which, in most cases, we design and manufacture exclusively for our own needs.
Individual approach
An individual approach is applied to each door for fridge chambers produced by our company. While designing, we consider all technical aspects related to the door niche and the door itself:

walls type and its thickness, special mounting components;
additional door equipment, namely its purpose and general conditions of use, what it will be exposed to, operation temperature mod;
type — for a fridge or freezer — retractable or swing, pendulum or technical stainless steel.

Door seal
The shape of the sealing rubber gasket has a unique form, and we have entrusted their production to a famous Italian manufacturer. Two-component sealing gaskets with a strong lower holder, as well as a light upper part, provide good sealing and easy opening of the fridge door. A specially fixed design, optimal shape, and material ensure high density, reliability, and comfort in use.
An additional strength is a fact that the sealants are not fastened to rivets but are mounted in a specially designed profile. As a result, the door has two very important strengths:

– interruption of the thermal bridge on the door panel in each type of sliding door;
if necessary, it is easy enough to change the sealing gasket to a new one without using any tools.

Our refrigerating, freezing, and swinging doors for the freezing chamber are characterized by high quality and aesthetic beauty, durability, and good thermal insulation due to high-quality sealing and optimized design of the door leaf and door frame. They are suitable for premises with intensive movement of loaders and carts with products. In its cross-section, the fridge doors have outer layers of stainless steel with polyurethane foam insulation inside, which ensures the preservation of the cooling barrier, which is extremely important for the quality of stored products. Our doors meet the most stringent hygiene requirements, which is especially important in the food industry, where cleanliness and hygiene are critically important.
Why is it worth buying a door for a fridge chamber?

Swing doors can be made of stainless steel or polyamide. They are used for inter-departmental doorways with intensive movement. They have bumpers that protect the sash when the industrial trolley passes through. The employee can independently open the swing door with a trolley (during its transportation) and go to the next workshop.
