Edible blood collection system

The device is intended for collecting edible blood. The vacuum pump accelerates the edible blood collection in the first 20 seconds after slaughter. It consists of a free-standing tank in which a segmented blood mixer is installed for constant mixing. The mixing process, controlled by the worker, can continue after the end of blood collection, which does not allow the blood to lose its organoleptic indicators. The top cover tightly closes the tank. The resulting pressure drop causes the process of sucking blood flowing through the knife, which is inserted into the heart. The blood capacity has a 100 liters volume. The blood is drained through the drain valve after the end of the collection.
