It`s an electric cooking boiler with tilting, mixing, and cooling functions. Designed for cooking broths, sauces, desserts, second and third courses. Products can be cooked with or without stirring.
The product cooling function in the boiler is performed by cooling the steam-water cover with cold running water. The boiler is cooled to the set temperature. The water level in the “steam cover” is controlled automatically, which means that the user does not need to add the water manually. Due to its functionality, the boiler can be used to prepare a variety of first, second, and third courses: soups, porridge, mashed potatoes, omelets, curry, pilaf, roast, ragout, stewed dishes, sauces, compotes, and desserts.
