It is used to form or press burgers` cutlets. Productivity: up to 4400 portions per hour. The device is equipped with a variable-speed drive. Simple forming drum (portion every 0.5 rounds). Different shapes and sizes up to Ø120 mm are possible.
Adjustable cutlets` thickness from 4 to 24 mm.
