The conveyor fryer

The conveyor fryer is designed for interrupted roasting of semi-finished products (chicken nuggets, cutlets, burgers, fish sticks, vegetables, etc.) in preheated oil.

The semi-finished product falls the conveyor mesh of the lower conveyor and is immersed in the oil tank, the product in the tank moves in the gap between the two meshes, and the gap between the meshes is adjustable. After passing through the tank, the product exits the tank along the inclined part of the lower and upper conveyors and enters the slide for the output of finished products.

The speed of product passage is adjustable. The oil is heated by four rows of submerged heating elements (9×4=36 units), and the heating elements are easily accessible for washing and inspection. The oil temperature is adjustable. The working temperature range of the oil is 180…200 °С. The oil is circulated using a pump and cleaned in mesh filters (500 microns). The remains of semi-finished products are removed from the bottom of the tank using a scraper conveyor. The equipment is washed manually then the washing water is drained using a centrifugal stainless pump.
