The schnitzel press flattens fresh or frozen products to a uniform thickness, providing uniform and shorter heat of products` treatment. Alignment of the meat structure guarantees the product’s delicacy. It can flatten schnitzels, steaks, beef rolls, chicken and turkey, or hamburgers/cutlets. Press for schnitzels with a tape width of 415 mm. Conical retraction passes guarantee optimal product retraction. The continuous change of the belt speed from 2.5 to 10 m/min of the synchronously working upper and lower belt drives ensures optimal processing of various products, such as schnitzel or breast. The distance between the strips can be smoothly changed within 6-130 mm. The self-centering of the belts prevents the belts and the product from moving sideways. The upper belt can be easily lifted for quick and easy cleaning. Both passes can be easily opened for cleaning. The stainless steel discharge grid ensures optimal product removal from the polyurethane tape. The conveyor belt is hinged to the lower belt, which allows it to be quickly raised when needed.
