The breading machine is used to apply dry breading to the product with both small and large breadcrumbs. The breadcrumb circulation system ensures minimal damage to the crumb itself, as well as the needed distribution of large and small crumbs on the product surface. It is possible to adjust both the breading curtain and the bottom breading layer. The standard sorting plate evenly distributes large and small breadcrumbs on the top and bottom of the product. The machine has no separate components, and its electrical system is completely protected, which makes washing easier.
Due to the closed air extraction system, almost no dust comes out of the machine. The frequency converter smoothly regulates the conveyor speed and the blower power. The single control button makes the machine easy to control.
The product is fed to the breading layer on the input side of the machine. The bottom layer of breading moves along the conveyor belt and covers the lower part of the product with breading. The breadcrumbs come from the container and are applied to the top of the product. After the breading process is completed, the excess crumbs are blown off the product using air blowing.
