The battering machine is used to apply the liaison (batter) to the product. Battering is a preparatory stage before breading the product; the batter guarantees that breading layer will have good product adhesion. The product is placed manually or automatically on the stainless mesh conveyor belt of the liaison machine, which is transported through four batter curtains. The excess batter is removed from the top and bottom surface of the product using air blowing. The easily removed pump pumps the batter from the tank to the double distributor. The valve, which is located in the pipe, supplies and regulates the necessary amount of supplied batter. The airflow direction and intensity created by the fan can be regulated. Accordingly, the amount of batter removed is adjusted. The product is transported to the next stage of the production process using a conveyor. Usually, it`ll be a machine for sprinkling with flour, applying breadcrumbs, or deep-frying. The machine is controlled using the control panel on the electrical cabinet. The conveyor speed is smoothly regulated using a frequency converter.
