Designed for quick freezing of portioned products, such as fish fillets, and chicken pieces, as various semi-finished products, cakes, pizza, and hamburgers. Structurally, the conveyor of such equipment is made in the form of a spiral that moves around a large-diameter drum. The unique distribution of the airflow in the spiral freezer minimizes the loss of product mass during its freezing. At the same time, thanks to the optimization of the product’s contact surface with cold air, the product’s freezing time has been significantly reduced. Spiral freezers do not take up much space and 50% less than the area of tunnel freezing chambers of the same performance. Depending on the type of product undergoing the freezing process, it is possible to control the speed of the conveyor, as well as the intensity of the airflow.

The air cooler (fast freezer) provides circulation and cooling of the air in the chamber. Air is a cooler that ensures timely heat removal from the product by discharging it while passing through the air cooler. Thus, fast freezing is carried out due to low temperature, high air-circulation rate, and optimal airflow scheme. To increase the operation duration between defrosts, the air cooler system is equipped with a finned heat exchange unit with a variable pitch of the ribbed fin. It is equipped with fans that provide the required speed of air circulation. The air cooler can be made in various defrosting system options: electric, water, or hot steam refrigerant. Circular (peripheral) fan heating can also be provided. Fan motors are designed to operate at low temperatures (-38°C) and do not require maintenance. The air cooler body is made of galvanized steel.
